Barbeque - Barbecue

1 lb Ground chuck
1 x Green pepper, finely chopped
1 x Onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tbl Cider vinegar
1 tbl Sugar
8 oz Ketchup
12 cup Water
Brown chuck and add pepper and onion . Saute for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavor blends. Serve on buns with cole slaw and potato chips. Recipe dates from 1946.
