Burgers - Bar-B-Q Hamburger

1 lb ground beef
SAUCE
1 x green pepper chopped
1 x onion chopped
1 cup finely-chopped celery
1 cup catsup
2 tbl brown sugar
1 tbl vinegar
1 tbl dry mustard
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Heat sauce ingredients to boiling. Brown ground beef and drain; mix with sauce. Serve hot on hamburger buns.
