| CHORIZO | | 2 lrg Garlic cloves, crushed | | 1 lb Ground turkey | | 1 tsp Crushed red pepper | | 1 tsp Cayenne, (or substitute paprika for less hot) | | 1 tbl Hot paprika | | 1 tbl Sweet paprika | | 12 tsp Ground cinnamon | | 1/2 tsp Ground cloves | | 1/2 tsp Ground cumin | | 1 tsp Salt | | 1 tsp Cracked black pepper | | 1 tsp Greek oregano | | 3 tbl Olive oil, (up to 4) | | 1 tbl Water | | 1 1/2 tbl Cider vinegar | | 2 tbl Olive oil, (for pan-frying) | | ACCOMPANIMENTS | | Soft flour tortillas, (can heat in microwave) | | Chopped lettuce | | Chopped tomato | | Shredded cheddar cheese | | Sliced black olives | | Chopped scallions | | Sour cream | | Salsa or taco sauce |
