| 1 lb ground meat | | 1 lrg onion chopped | | 1 x bell pepper chopped | | 3 x celery stalks chopped | | 2 x cloves garlic minced | | 1 bn green onion tops chopped | | 1 12 cup rice | | 3 cup water | | 2 tsp Cajun seasoning | | 2 x tomatoes chopped | | 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.) |
| | Preheat your oven to 350i. Cook the meat, onion , celery , bell pepper , and garlic in an iron skillet until the meat is done and the vegetables are cooked. Drain the grease. Place the meat mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole . Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cover (foil is fine) and bake 45 minutes to an hour or until rice is tender. |
