Cajun and Creole - Baked Cajun Rice

1 lb ground meat
1 lrg onion chopped
1 x bell pepper chopped
3 x celery stalks chopped
2 x cloves garlic minced
1 bn green onion tops chopped
1 12 cup rice
3 cup water
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 x tomatoes chopped
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
Preheat your oven to 350i. Cook the meat, onion , celery , bell pepper , and garlic in an iron skillet until the meat is done and the vegetables are cooked. Drain the grease. Place the meat mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole . Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cover (foil is fine) and bake 45 minutes to an hour or until rice is tender.
