| 1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 oz) or make your own dough | | 3 x eggs beaten | | 1 tbl milk | | 1 dsh salt | | 5 slc crisp bacon crumbled | | 1 tsp chopped chives or onion | | 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese |
| | Flatten biscuits on pizza pan. Combine eggs , milk and salt . Pour onto biscuit shell. Sprinkle with bacon , chives and cheese . Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with crisp bacon slices if desired. | | Note: 2 refrigerated cans of Crescent rolls can be substituted for the one can of refrigerated biscuits if desired. Just press out Crescent rolls to cover the pizza pan. |
