Pizza - Bacon 'N Egg Pizza

1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 oz) or make your own dough
3 x eggs beaten
1 tbl milk
1 dsh salt
5 slc crisp bacon crumbled
1 tsp chopped chives or onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Flatten biscuits on pizza pan. Combine eggs , milk and salt . Pour onto biscuit shell. Sprinkle with bacon , chives and cheese . Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with crisp bacon slices if desired.
Note: 2 refrigerated cans of Crescent rolls can be substituted for the one can of refrigerated biscuits if desired. Just press out Crescent rolls to cover the pizza pan.
