- Ajam (=Chicken) Abon Abon

1 x Chicken
Coconut oil
1 piece of tamarind, or a bit vinegar.
1 tbl Water, up to 2
Salt
Boil the chicken till it is well cooked. Slice the meat in long slices. Mix the water, asem and salt . Rub the meat with it. Fry it in oil till it is crispy.
