Sandwiches - Apple Wrap Sandwiches

2 med apples
1 cup water
2 tbl lemon juice
3 tbl low-fat mayonnaise
3 tbl mustard
6 x 12 inch flour tortillas
12 slc cooked ham
12 slc cheese
3 cup chopped lettuce
Core apples , do not peel. Cut each apple into 12 thin slices. Stir lemon juice into water. Drop apple slices into mixture to prevent browning. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise and mustard . Remove apple slices from water and pat dry.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard mixture on each tortilla ; layer with 2 slices ham , 2 slices cheese , apple slices and lettuce . Roll the tortillas tightly. Cut each in half diagonally.
