Cakes - 14 Karat Cake

2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 12 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup sugar
1 cup salad oil
4 x eggs
2 cup finely grated carrots
1 x (8 1/2 ounce) can crushed pineapple (well drained).
Mix ingredients in the order given.
Pour into ligtly greased 7-1/2x11-1/2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 F for approximately 1 hour.
