| 1 cup Onion, finely chopped | | 1 tbl Butter or margarine | | 2 cup Cooked chicken, diced (or turkey, ham, pork or roast beef) | | 1 cup Cooked mixed vegetables | | 1 can Cream of chicken soup, (10 34 ounce) | | 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning (For Chicken Or Turkey, Only) | | 1 tsp Celery salt | | 1/8 tsp Black pepper | | 1/2 cup Chicken broth | | 1 cup Grated Cheddar cheese |
| | Place onion and butter in a 2 quart casserole . Cover with wax paper. | | Microwave at high (100%) until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Combine all ingredients except cheese , with onions. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) until heated through, 12 to 14 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes. | | Makes 6 servings. | | NOTE: If using ham , use cream of asparagus soup.
