| 2 sm package Lemon jello | | 2 cup Boiling water | | 1 12 cup 7- UP | | 2 lrg Bananas, sliced | | 1 cup Miniature Marshmallows | | 1 can (20 oz) Crushed pineapple, drained | | TOPPING: | | 1 cup Pineapple juice | | 1/2 cup Sugar | | 1 x Egg, beaten | | 2 tbl Butter or margarine | | 1 cup Cool Whip | | 1/4 cup Cheese, grated |
| | Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in cold 7-UP. Chill until partly set. Gently stir in | | bananas , pineapple and marshmallows . Put back in refrigerator. For topping combine | | all of the ingredients in double boiler , except cheese and Cool Whip. Cook until | | thickened, chill. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over jello. Sprinkle with cheese. |
