- 7 Up Cake--Charlotte Collins

3 cup Flour
3 cup Sugar
5 x Eggs
2 12 x Cubes of butter
1 1/4 tsp Vanilla
7 oz 7 UP
Mix all ingredients together well and put into angel food cake pan, or a well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 325.
