Pickles - Apple Chutney (Wd) Sweet

4 cup Apples, peeled, cored and chopped (about 2 pouds)
12 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Bottled lemon juice, from concentrate
1/3 cup Raisins
1/4 cup Chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup Chopped onion
3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Serve warm or cold.
Makes 2 cups. Serves 8: 104 cals, 0.3g fat.
