| 1 x napa cabbage, cored, shredded | | 1 cup peeled cored chopped Granny Smith apples | | 1 cup chopped red pepper | | 1 tsp finely chopped garlic | | 14 cup sesame oil | | 1 tbl olive oil | | 1/4 cup sesame seeds | | 1/4 cup butter, cubed | | 1 x salt and pepper |
| | On a large flat surface place a double layer of aluminum foil. Distribute cabbage , apples and red peppers evenly over surface. Drizzle sesame oil and olive oil over top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds , dot with butter , and add salt and pepper to taste. Place a second layer of foil over top, fold and crimp edges to form a tightly sealed foil packet. Refrigerate until ready to grill , up to overnight. | | Preheat grill to medium high. Place foil packet on rack, bbq lid down, and grill for 20 minutes, or until cabbage is crisp tender. |
