| 12 lb Cream Cheese | | 1/2 lb Blue Cheese | | A Little Fresh Cream, as necessary | | 1 tbl Onion, grated | | 1 1/2 tbl Fresh Parsley, chopped | | 1 1/2 tbl Chives, chopped | | 1 1/2 tbl Chutney, drained-chopped | | Salt And Pepper, to taste | | Almonds, chopped |
| | Blend and form in little individual balls adding drops of fresh cream to adjust consistency of mixture. Roll in chopped almond and chill. |
