Eggs - Allioli Amb Ous (with Eggs)

8 x garlic cloves minced
2 x egg yolks
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
In a blender, add the garlic and egg yolks. Blend until smooth. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the enough oil until the mixture is thick and emulsified. Season with salt .
This recipe yields about 1 12 cups.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
