| 1 lb Chopped alligator meat | | 1 x Egg | | 1 tbl Finely chopped onions | | 1 tbl Finely chopped celery | | 1 tbl Finely chopped parsley | | 2 tbl Finely chopped shallots | | 2 tsp Lemon pepper | | 12 tsp Salt | | 1/4 cup Bread crumbs | | 1 cup Cooking oil | | Flour to dredge |
