| 1 lb Firm tofu, drained and mashed | | 1 env dry onion soup mix | | 1 tsp Garlic powder | | 2 x Eggs, beaten | | 2 tsp Tamari or soy sauce | | 3 tbl Toasted sesame seeds | | 2 cup Seasoned stuffing mix, (2 to 3) | | Butter or oil for frying |
| | Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands. | | Mix in stuffing until texture is firm enough to form patties. Let sit for five minutes. Using about 23 cup of the mixture per ball, flatten into patties. | | Heat small amount of oil or butter in pan or skillet . Fry patties until crispy on both sides. | | Makes 6 servings |
