| | In a large skillet , heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink, stirring to break up the beef; drain. | | Add pierogis and cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Stir in broccoli , salt and black pepper . Top with cheese . Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the broccoli is heated through. | | Makes 4 servings |
