| | 1St layer: Blend cream cheese & sugar together, then fold in whipped cream . Spread evenly on bottom of chilled pie shell. | | 2nd. layer: Melt chocolate chips over hot water or in microwave & set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese , 1/4 cup brown sugar & vanilla . Beat in egg yolk & chocolate. | | Beat egg white until stiff (but not dry) and gradually beat in 2 TBSP brown sugar & dash of salt . Fold into chocolate mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Spread evenly over first layer of pie. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg .
