Cajun and Creole - Alaska Octopus Gumbo

12 cup Bacon, diced
2 cup Water
1 pt Fresh octopus, steam til tender
2 cup Steamed rice, slightly undercooked
1 lb Tomatoes
1 can Okra
1/2 cup Onions, diced
1 x Green pepper, diced
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/2 cup Celery, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil bacon in water for 15 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer together for ten minutes. Serve with warm cornbread .
